Morrowind comes alive mod download

I installed MGSO already but I want to install way more. one of the main ones I want is "morrowind comes alive" but I can't figure out how to install it. if any of you could help me learn how to install mods it would be mean a lot, I'm so eager to to start playing again. also any suggestions for other mods to download are welcome!
